While no utilities are included in the monthly rental charge, residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our courtyard with tranquil lake, on-site maintenance, and a laundry room in every building, making Hampton Court the perfect place to call home.
At Hampton Court, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Hampton Court, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Hampton Court, residents are responsible for electric, water & sewage, trash, internet, and phone/cable.
Hampton Court is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $250 pet deposit for the first pet and $100 for the second pet, due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. At Hampton Court, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests. Additionally, there are Carports available to rent for a monthly fee of $25.
